Refund Policy

All sales in Duelyst are final. If you purchased and used an in-game item, we are unable to offer a refund.

STEAM: We are unable to offer a refund on a purchase made in Steam as we cannot issue refunds through Steam. 

You can request a refund under either of the following two conditions:

  1. Counterplay Games will offer a refund for any bundle of Spirit Orbs within 7 days of purchase so long as ALL Spirit Orbs purchased in that transaction remain unopened. If any of the Spirit Orbs are fully or partially opened, we are unable to provide a refund.

  2. Counterplay Games will offer a one-time, no questions asked refund of ANY Spirit Orb purchases made within the last 7 days. This offer does not apply to any existing purchases on the account outside of the 7 day window. Please note that any accounts issued a refund in this way will be PERMANENTLY and IRREVERSIBLY terminated, along with any non-refundable content on that account.

In the event your Account is terminated or canceled for any reason, or for no reason, no refund will be granted, no online time or other credits (e.g., points in an online game) will be credited to you or converted to cash or other form of reimbursement, and you will have no further access to your Account. Any Accounts with unresolved disputes must be settled before Counterplay Games may allow you to register again.

Counterplay Games reserves the right to alter this policy due to unique or special circumstances.
